Community Governance

Last updated: May 2026

ZIWA Land is more than an investment platform — it is a community of people who believe in the future of sustainable agriculture in Siwa Oasis. This governance framework defines how we treat each other, how we make decisions, and what we expect from every member. It is a living agreement between ZIWA Land and every owner, investor, and community participant.

1. Our Community Values

Rooted in the Land

We believe in the transformative power of agriculture. Every decision we make as a community honors the land, the oasis, and the people of Siwa.

Transparent by Default

Financial data, development progress, and harvest results are shared openly with every owner. No hidden fees, no hidden agendas.

Community Over Competition

Our owners are collaborators, not competitors. Shared knowledge, collective harvests, and group decisions make the entire community stronger.

Long-Term Thinking

Date palms take 7 years to reach full production. We build for decades, not quarters. Every member commits to the long vision of ZIWA.

Respect for All

Every member — regardless of plot size, nationality, or background — is treated with equal respect. ZIWA is a welcoming community for all.

Continuous Improvement

We actively seek member feedback to improve the platform, operations, and community experience. Your voice shapes how ZIWA evolves.

2. Member Rights

03
